How to Use

Apply onto the affected areas and massage it in the direction of the heart. Start at your feet and then your arms. For bloating, you can apply a small amount over the abdominal area, lower back, and upper thighs. On stomach area, you can massage it gently from right side to the left in a clockwise motion.
